Chrissy May is a transformational therapist and visionary guide who brings over two decades of embodied expertise to the healing space. As the founder of Sacred Shift Therapy, a boutique practice based in Scottsdale, Arizona, she blends neuroscience, somatic therapy, and energetic healing to help clients experience true, sustainable transformation—emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
But her work goes far beyond modalities. Chrissy’s gift is in helping others feel safe enough to finally let go of what's been holding them back—so they can rise into the next evolution of who they came here to be.
A former competitive figure skater and fitness athlete, Chrissy has always been devoted to the mind-body connection. She previously founded and led CMAY Performance, where she trained elite athletes, supported survivors of domestic violence through healing programs, and helped clients rebuild from the inside out.
Her practice today integrates all of that wisdom—offering a powerful combination of transformational hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, somatic healing, breathwork, energy therapy, and intuitive guidance. She has worked with everyone from stay-at-home moms to high-performing CEOs and professional athletes, creating customized sessions that meet each client where they are and help them rise beyond what they once believed was possible.
Chrissy is also the founder of Sacred Experiences, a series of transformational retreats and immersive healing events that create space for quantum leaps, deep renewal, and soul reconnection.
This isn’t surface-level self-help. This is trauma-informed, heart-led, cellular recalibration. Whether you’re navigating grief, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, or simply feel like you’ve outgrown your old story—Chrissy is here to guide your return to truth, power, and presence.
